A New Theme Park Era Begins

Universal Orlando Resort is making waves with the May 22 grand opening of Universal Epic Universe, the first new theme park in the area in 25 years! This enormous park includes five immersive worlds and over 50 attractions:

  • SUPER NINTENDO WORLD brings your favorite video game characters to life! Yes, kids and grown-ups can race Mario Karts and explore Princess Peach’s castle!
  • How to Train Your Dragon: Isle of Berk invites families to soar with dragons and get a taste of Viking life.
  • The Wizarding World of Harry Potter: Ministry of Magic combines the wonder of Hogwarts with 1920s Paris magic.
  • Celestial Park and Dark Universe offer mind-bending visuals, gardens from the stars, and encounters with classic monsters.

At Walt Disney World Resort, the magic continues with two new live shows at Hollywood Studios (including one starring Disney Villains!), EPCOT’s upgraded Test Track, and the dazzling new nighttime parade Disney Starlight at Magic Kingdom.

At SeaWorld Orlando, families can glide through the icy Arctic in the new Expedition Odyssey, a flying theater experience full of stunning landscapes and animal encounters.

And over at LEGOLAND Florida, little builders will be thrilled by SEA LIFE Florida, a brand-new aquarium opening May 23, along with a month-long LEGO Festival packed with playful zones and massive LEGO builds.
